Sprite Studio
Drop in an AI-generated character clip. Studio runs a frame-by-frame health check right here in your browser — nothing is uploaded anywhere — then walks you through the fixes it can make and writes you a re-generation prescription for the ones it can't. You confirm every change; nothing is altered automatically.

What the health check looks for
- Frozen stretches — 8+ consecutive identical frames that read as a hang in-engine.
- Edge clipping — the character cut off by the canvas (validated on green-screen clips).
- Camera drift or shake — a moving backdrop that makes a clip un-spritable.
- Loop quality — whether the clip loops as delivered, and the best loop window inside it if not.
- Ground-line drift, key-colour spill, padded frame cadence and more.
Findings are marked as suspected issues for you to confirm — detection has error bars, and your eyes are the final judge. Some problems (a busy background, camera movement, a cropped subject) can't be repaired from the pixels at all: for those, Studio hands you the exact English prompt lines that stop the generator from making the same mistake twice.
Frequently asked questions
Is my video uploaded to a server?
No. The whole pipeline — decoding, health check, cutout, stabilisation, export — runs in your browser. Your file never leaves your machine.
Why does Studio ask me to confirm every fix?
Because detection is imperfect. Every finding is presented as a suspected issue with the evidence behind it; you decide what gets applied. Nothing is changed silently.
What input works best?
A short clip (2–6 seconds) of a single character on a flat green screen, locked-off camera. Magenta backdrops key too, but edge/crop detection is fully validated on green only.
What do I get out?
A transparent-background sprite sheet (PNG grid) built from the frames and fixes you confirmed, plus the health report itself.
